Purpose of this manual
This manual explains what records we hold, how to request access to them, and how we protect personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
How to request a record
Requests must be made in writing to our Information Officer, using the prescribed form, with enough detail to identify the record and the requester. A request fee may be payable. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request.
